Four ways I work with operators, conferences, universities and corporate teams — all grounded in a decade of production and reservoir engineering in the Permian Basin.
Advisory & Consulting

Step 2
A 30-minute call
We work out whether I’m actually the right person. If I’m not, I’ll usually know someone who is.
Step 3
A written scope
Deliverables, timeline and fee in writing before anything starts — retainer for ongoing advisory, fixed scope for project work.
Step 4
The work
Delivered against the scope, with the technical detail your team needs and the plain-language summary your leadership needs.
Before you ask
Common questions
Both. Some clients work on a flat monthly advisory retainer; others bring scoped one-off projects, which is common for oil and gas asset work. Tell me which shape fits and we’ll structure it accordingly.
A tailored talk, a pre-event planning call, and — where it makes sense — a workshop or Q&A session alongside the keynote. Send the event details, audience profile and date and I’ll come back with availability and a fee.
Once a year. Register your interest through the contact form and you’ll be notified when the next cohort opens for enrolment.
Yes — short course engagements are taken on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year, from half-day workshops to multi-day corporate programmes. Topics can be drawn from the guides, the book, or built to your brief.
Please do. Start with the seven free guides — they answer most of what I get asked. If your question isn’t covered there, send it via the contact form or ask on the YouTube channel.
